Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the bright and morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Not because of who I am
But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done
But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love
and watch me rise again
Who am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me
Whom shall I fear
Whom shall I fear
I am yours

Singers with Style... Matthew and Danny.

Went to Thai Express for dinner with TomSumJo, Kenneth, Pearlyn and Danny. Rather disappointing food and drinks - I didn’t finish my share. In fact, I felt a little sick after my Thai Iced Tea. Reminiscing my days in Bangkok. Kenneth's Soft shell crab was delicious though.

My godson. Someone mistook him for my child again after service on Sunday. Haa.

Saw Basil – my student. He told me excitedly about his wish to help out in this year’s children camp. I kept quiet – will not be there ever again…

It was Learning Festival on Thursday – signed up for a Western Calligraphy workshop for beginners. Ludwig was a brilliant teacher and we had so much fun!

Went to church and it was a rare sight to see the church building and ‘mobile Chinese temple’ next to each other. And we even found a hole in the ground resembling the shape of a cross!

Starting and finishing well is tough with all the distractions and discouragement in life. Have to keep doing the knocking down. Am enjoying the sermons at Covenant and really keen to join a cell group. Unfortunately, my schedule during weekdays is incredibly impossible for such a luxury. Will have to wait till November? There are people in this world who will only look for you when they are in need. There are those who praise and flatter you when they need you to accomplish tasks for them. There are those who throw you away like a piece of tissue after use when you can no longer be exploited. *sigh*
She: Do you love me?
He: Yes, I do.
She: Will you die for me?
He: No.
She: Why not?
He: Mine is an undying love for you.
Me: Haa.
Had a brief chat with mum. It is weird how relatives gather as they get older. Had dinner with dad on Saturday – seems like he doesn’t venture beyond the north area without me.
It’s over. I have more important things to do.
